B. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1491 - Amending the Zoning <br />Designation for Properties Located at 1241, 1259, and 1265 State Road 436 (ZB 18-03) <br />Ordinance 18-1491 provides for amending the Official Zoning Map from PMX-H (Planned Mixed -Use: High <br />Intensity) to PMX-HIGH (Planned Mixed -Use: High Rise) for four (4) properties generally located at 1241, 1259, and <br />1265 SR 436. <br />C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1488 - Amending Section 2-7.28, <br />Industrial -Medium Design and Performance Guidelines (LPA 18-10) <br />Ordinance 18-1488 provides for amending Section 2-7.28, Industrial -Medium design and performance guidelines and <br />amending Section 2-5.3, Table 2-5.3, Land Use by District to add specific uses and distance separation requirements <br />within the Industrial and Industrial -Medium zoning districts. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS - None <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
