Mayor's Proclamation: Recognizing the Retirement of David E. Pell Mayor Glancy will read a proclamation to formally recognize the retirement of David E. Pell from the City of Casselberry after 22 years of public service in the Public Works Department. B. Presentation: LYNX SR 436 Transit Corridor Study Update Consultants representing LYNX will provide an update on the LYNX SR 436 study, which is exploring options to improve transit along the corridor, including within the City of Casselberry. 7. CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices - The Davie Law Firm, Invoice No. 50 - $840.00 B. Resolution 18-3046 - Conveyance and Acceptance of Permanent Drainage and Temporary Construction Easements for Lot 5, Block G, Seminole Sites, Parcel ID 04-21-30-513-OG00- 0050 (808 Osceola Trail) Resolution 18-3046 provides for conveyance and acceptance of a permanent Drainage Easement and Temporary Construction Easement at 808 Osceola Trail (Parcel ID 04-21-30-513-OG00-0050), which is associated with the proposed Gee Creek and Howell Creek Erosion Control project.
