Section 4. Upon annexation, the lands described in Section 1 shall retain a zoning and <br />land use classification established by the Seminole County Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive <br />Land Use Plan until otherwise changed or amended by appropriate ordinance of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida. <br />Gtr <br />Section 5. Effective commencing January 1, 1994 all real property lying withi `nr e,_. <br />boundaries of the corporate limits of the City of Casselberry, Florida, as hereby revised,11 ria <br />be assessed for payment of municipal ad valorem taxes pursuant to law. {:= <br />Section 6. All persons who have been lawfully engaged in any occupation, businkis, <br />trade or profession, within the area described in Section 1 above, upon the effective date of-this CD <br />Ordinance under a valid license or permit therefore issued by Seminole County, Florida, s�iall a" <br />have right to continue such occupation, business, trade or profession within the entire corporate fes` <br />limits of the City of Casselberry, as revised, upon the securing of a valid occupational license <br />from the City of Casselberry, which shall be issued upon payment of the appropriate fee <br />therefore, without the necessity of taking or passing any additional examination or test relating <br />to the qualifications of such licenses. <br />Section 7. Specifically, the City of Casselberry recognizes the existence of, and <br />continuing multiple family dwelling residential development consisting of 121 multiple -family <br />dwelling units. It is agreed that the present and future allowable total number of residential units <br />shall be established at a maximum not to exceed the current 121 units unless and until allowable <br />future residential densities as may be established by the City of Casselberry from time to time <br />may allow for such increases. This provision is subject to the securing of a valid occupational <br />license from the City of Casselberry, which shall be issued upon payment of the appropriate fee. <br />Section 8. The City Clerk is hereby directed to file a certified copy of this ordinance <br />with the Office of the Secretary of the State of Florida, the Office of the Governor of the State <br />of Florida, the Clerk of Court of Seminole County, Florida, the Board of County Commissioners <br />of Seminole County, Florida, the Seminole County Property Appraiser and the Seminole County <br />Tax Collector, within 7 days from the effective date of the ordinance. <br />Section 9. Codification. It is the intention of the City Commission of the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and it is hereby ordained that the provisions of this Ordinance shall <br />become and be made a part of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida; that <br />the Sections of this Ordinance may be renumbered or relettered to accomplish such intention; <br />that the word, "Ordinance," may be changed to "Section," "Article," or other appropriate word. <br />Section 10. Conflicts. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with any of the <br />provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />Section 11. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance proves <br />to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />2 <br />
