Ratification of Teresa Butler as Interim Finance Director <br />Introduction: Ratification of the appointment of Teresa Butler as Interim Finance Director due to a <br />vacancy in the position is requested. <br />Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City Budget. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager recommended ratification of the appointment of Teresa Butler as <br />Interim Finance Director. <br />H. Employee Health Insurance Renewal for Fiscal Year 2018-2019 <br />Introduction: Renewal of City employees' health insurance coverage from United Healthcare is requested. <br />Budget Impact: Funds for the City's share of employee health insurance premiums will be provided in <br />the adopted budget for FY 2019 in the applicable Health Insurance expenditure accounts for each <br />department. <br />Recommendation: The City Manager and the Human Resources & Risk Management Director <br />recommended approval of the negotiated renewal for health insurance coverage with United Healthcare. <br />Audience Participation: No one came forward to address the Consent Agenda. <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia.
