RESOLUTION 18-3039 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />"GREENVILLE COMMONS" FINAL PLAT; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br />WHEREAS, Casselberry Greenville, LLC. submitted a plat for final approval for parcel <br />ID # 26-20-30-5AR-OD00-1380 located on Seminola Boulevard and Greenville Way; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, <br />the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />preliminary plat on February 10, 2016 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission that included conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed and approved the preliminary plat on <br />February 23, 2016; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the <br />City's consultants on June 23, 2018. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11D of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision plat for the Greenville <br />Commons as filed with the City on May 14, 2018, attached herein as Attachment A, for the <br />following: <br />A portion of Lots 138 and 146, D.R. Mitchells Survey of the Levy Grant of Lake Jessup, as <br />recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 5, in Section 10, Township 21 South, Range 30 East. City of <br />Casselberry, Seminole County, Florida. <br />Parcel ID #: 26-20-30-5AR-OD00-1380 <br />SECTION 2. City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by City Staff: <br />1. The Certificate of Completion must be issued prior to the recording of the plat. <br />
