RESOLUTION 18-3041—A <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING A RESIDENTIAL CONTRACT <br />FOR SALE AND PURCHASE BETWEEN PAUL D. BLAIS AND ROBIN A. <br />BORING (TENANTS BY THE ENTIRETY) AND THE CITY OF <br />CASSELBERRY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 329 SEMINOLA <br />BLVD., PARCEL ID #09-21-30-502-0000-0020, FOR THE SEMINOLA <br />MASTER LIFT STATION PROJECT; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry approves the purchase of the <br />property located at 329 Seminola Blvd., parcel identification number 09-21-30-502-0000-0020, for <br />the amount of $415,000.00 plus closing costs. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. The purchase of land, otherwise known as Parcel ID #09-21-30-502-0000- <br />0020 in the Seminole County Tax Rolls, for $415,000.00 plus closing costs is hereby approved. <br />SECTION II. The Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase, attached as Exhibit "A", is <br />hereby approved and the City Commission authorizes the Mayor to execute said document(s) on <br />behalf of the City Commission. <br />SECTION III. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION IV. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION V. Effective Date. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and adoption. <br />PASSED and ADOPTED this day of <br />ATTEST <br />Donna G.
