First Reading of Ordinance 18-1493 - Amending the Future Land Use Designation for <br />Properties along Belle Avenue (LPA 18-09) <br />Ordinance 18-1493 provides for approval on first reading to amend the Future band Use Map designation from <br />Industrial (I) to Commercial (C) for thirty-five (35) properties generally located at 910, 920, and 930 Belle Avenue. <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1494 - Amending the Zoning Designation for Properties <br />along Belle Avenue (ZB 18-04) <br />Ordinance 18-1494 provides for approval on first reading to amend the Official Zoning Map designation from I <br />(Industrial) to CS (Commercial Service) for thirty-five (35) properties, generally located at 910, 920, and 930 Belle <br />Avenue. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a <br />time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. Site Plan Approval for the Geneva School Phase II, SPR 18-07 <br />Consideration for approval of the site plan for the Geneva School Phase II, SPR 18-07, located at 1775 Seminola <br />Boulevard is requested. <br />B.
