The landscaping and hardscape plan (Attachment <br />)i) is provided to shmv the number of tees prmided, and associated amenities. The proposed amenity <br />package includes a wal ingtrail, exercise stations, a putting green, corn hole cout, prove tables and pilling <br />stations, vegetable gardens, butterfly gardens and flower gardens in addition to multiple seating areas under <br />decorative trellises. The site will need to have numerous tees removed (Attachment h); however the <br />applicant shall make payment into the tree bank fiord. Any required Tree Bank pa3ment must be made <br />prior to issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy. <br />
