Staffs recommendation is based on the <br />findings of fact and eamelosions of this staffreport dated August 9, 2017, and the folloning conditions: <br />1. Before an issuance of a Business Tac Receipt, staff shall inspect the ]oration for adherence to <br />Sectio¢ 2-7.30. <br />2. The proposed non-traditional use (body art establisbecent) shall be limited to lour (4) body art <br />stations.
