The existing north doth is currently in <br />disrepair and measures 4'.,46' or approximately 184 <br />square feet The north dock will be replaced with a <br />ew dock mhich rill have a'valk ay that is 4' 'ride <br />and 64' long, leading to an 8'x12' deck at be end. <br />The total square f Cage of the proposed north dock <br />is 352 square feet; the proposed north dock is <br />pr jetted to be 168 square feet larger than the <br />existing north dock. The second dock, the south <br />dock, will be lowered and e tended in order to <br />rnavirmse use for residents. Docks in general are compatible with <br />the neighboring properties and residential uses. <br />2. Sufficient site sim and adegurte site meofications to accommodate the proposed use.
