Stafl's recommendation is based on the <br />findings of fact and candmiovs of this staffrepon dated August 9, 2017, and the following conditions: <br />1. The conditional use shall be limited to the location o£2890 S US Higirway 17-92. <br />2. All work and senices shall be pert rend indoors or aff-site. <br />3. The use shall comply with the noise standards found in Section 3-17.4 of the ULDR. <br />4. There shall be no outside display or storage of goads, materials, senices, or vehicles. <br />5. All granite shall be stored indoors. <br />6. Business vehicles shall be parked in the batt: of the property. <br />7. Parking for this site shall be brought into cow rmance xithin 90 days of the approval. <br />8. All applicable licenses and pemdts shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any business <br />activities at the site. <br />9. All signage requires a separate permit and must comply with the ULDR and CRA Urban Design <br />Standards. <br />10. 'nw conditional use shall commence Within 120 days of the approval. <br />11. The conditional use shall expire if the use is discontinued for more than 90 days and/or if the <br />applicant does not secure a business tag license fiamthe Citywithin this timeframe. <br />12.
