Addendum A <br />CU 18-08: Extension request of CU 17-20 (Beer and Wine Sales, 2COP) —1531 East Altamonte Drive <br />April 11, 2018 Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting <br />STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br />Staff recommends the Planning and Zoning Commission approve CU 18-08 to allow for the extension request <br />for on-site consumption of beer and wine (2COP) at 1531 East Altamonte Drive. Staff's recommendation is <br />based on the findings of fact and conclusions of this staff report dated April 11, 2018, the staff report dated <br />December 13, 2017, and the following conditions: <br />1) The conditional use shall be limited to the location of Wanasa Cafe at 1531 East Altamonte Drive. The <br />conditional use does not apply to the other two buildings on the property. <br />2) All sales and consumption of alcoholic beverages shall be on-site and indoors. <br />3) Package sales of alcoholic beverages for off-site consumption shall be prohibited. <br />4) The hours of on-site alcohol consumption and sales shall comply with the hours set forth in Sec. 10-2 of <br />the City of Casselberry's Code of Ordinances. <br />5) Alcohol sales shall not exceed 49% of the total revenues for the business. <br />6) The addition of one (1) ADA parking space and directional arrows indicating the one-way driveways shall <br />be completed with 90 days of the approval. <br />7) There shall be no outside display or storage of goods, materials, services, or vehicles. <br />8) The conditional use shall commence within 90 days of approval. <br />9) All applicable licenses and permits shall be obtained prior to the commencement of any business <br />activities at the site. <br />10) All signage requires a separate permit and must comply with the ULDR and CRA Urban Design <br />Standards. <br />11) The use shall remain in complete compliance with all City, County and State requirements, <br />12) A new conditional use application shall be required if the use should cease for more than 90 days. <br />13) All of the above conditions shall be fully and faithfully executed or the conditional use shall become null <br />and void. <br />ATTACHMENTS <br />Attachment A — CU 17-20 Staff Report <br />Attachment B — CU 17-20 Approval Letter <br />
