CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />The City of Casselberry Community Redevelopment Agency held a meeting on Monday, May 22, 2017 at <br />4:30 p.m. in the Casselberry City Hall, Commission Chambers, 95 Triplet Lake Drive, Casselberry, Florida. <br />Members present: <br />Charlene Glancy, Chairman <br />Anthony Aramendia, Vice Chairman <br />Sandra Solomon <br />Bill Hufford <br />Andrew Meadows <br />Staff members present: <br />Randy Newlon, City Manager <br />Randy Woodruff, Community Development Director <br />Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director <br />Joni Dixon, Secretary <br />First Item of Business: Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call. <br />Ms. Glancy called the meeting to order at 4:32 p.m. Roll was called; a quorum was present. <br />Second Item of Business: Approval of CRA Minutes of April 24, 2017. <br />Ms. Glancy asked for a motion on the approval of the minutes for the public meeting held on April 24, 2017. <br />Ms. Solomon made a motion to approve the April 24, 2017 minutes as presented. Mr. Aramendia seconded the <br />motion. The motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Third Item of Business: Ratification of Invoices. <br />Ms. Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, reviewed the invoices for the CRA expenditures (copies of the <br />invoices are attached and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Glancy asked for a motion for ratification of the invoices. <br />Mr. Aramendia made a motion to approve the invoices as presented. Ms. Solomon seconded the motion. The <br />motion passed unanimously by voice vote. <br />Fourth Item of Business: Finance Report. <br />Ms. Rebecca Bowman, Finance Director, reviewed the April 30, 2017 Finance Report (a copy is attached <br />and made a part of the minutes). Ms. Bowman said the next agenda item requires approval of a contract for a <br />property manager for 110 and 120 Quail Pond Circle. She said due to that action, staff is requesting that the CRA <br />Board approve a budget amendment for approval by the City Commission to allow for expenditures related to the <br />
