Notification date was December 20, 2017, correction date requested was January 3, 2018 <br />found non-compliant. Hearing notice date was January 23, 2018, correction date requested was February 7, 2018 <br />found Non -Compliant <br />The property was found to be non-compliant on February 8, 2018. The City requests a correction date of February <br />22, 2018. If no compliance by February 22, 2018then a fine of $50.00 per violation per day should then be imposed <br />for each day of non-compliance thereafter. <br />Fred Eastwood, Code Compliance Officer gave testimony and advised the homeowner was recently moved into <br />a nursing home. <br />The Special Magistrate asked if the property owner or representative were in the audience. There was no one <br />present. <br />Finding of fact: The Special Magistrate made a finding in CE -17-000840, 661 Kentia Rd, based on testimony and <br />evidence it was found that the property is in violation of ULDR Section 3-10.9 F; Disabled/inoperable/unlicensed <br />vehicle, ULDR Section 3-10.3.C.5.c; Outdoor/open air storage and ULDR section 3-10.3.C.1; Overgrowth, trash and debris <br />or dead tree(s). It was ordered that the property come into compliance by 1pm, February 22, 2018. If the respondent does <br />not correct the violation, the respondent shall pay a fine of $50.00 per day per violation. If the Code Enforcement officer <br />finds that compliance has not been achieved by 1pm, February 22, 2018 another hearing will be held on March 8, 2018, <br />6:30 pm to determine compliance. This case was continued to the February 8, 2018 hearing to determine compliance.
