Standard Construction Agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corp. for the Award of Construction of the Casselton Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment #18-040 Consideration of a Standard Construction Agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corp. for the award of construction of the Casselton Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $3,069,323.64 and related Budget Amendment #18-040 is requested.
