E. Mayors/Managers Group Report <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 18-3041 - Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase of 329 Seminola Blvd., <br />Parcel ID #09-21-30-502-0000-0020, and Related Budget Amendment #18-042 <br />Resolution 18-3041 provides approval for the City to enter into a Residential Contract for Sale and Purchase of real <br />property located at 329 Seminola Blvd., parcel identification number 09-21-30-502-0000-0020, for the amount of <br />$415,000 plus $25,000 in closing costs for a total amount not to exceed $440,000. Related Budget Amendment #18- <br />042 provides for proper account allocation. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES - None <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Standard Construction Agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corp. for the Award of <br />Construction of the Casselton Drive Improvements Project and Related Budget Amendment <br />#18-040 <br />Consideration of a Standard Construction Agreement with Atlantic Civil Constructors Corp. for the award of <br />construction of the Casselton Drive Improvements Project in an amount not to exceed $3,069,323.64 and related Budget <br />Amendment #18-040 is requested. (Ref: ITB -2018-0341) <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please raise <br />your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak briefly on <br />the matter. All comments must be directed to the Mayor or City Commission as a whole, not an individual City Commissioner, a <br />City staff member or another member of the audience. Emergency Force Main Replacement Report <br />A report on an emergency force main replacement on Brittany Circle is provided for City Commission information. <br />15.
