SECTION II. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict with <br />any of the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION III. SEVERABILITY. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Ordinance <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Ordinance. <br />SECTION IV. EFFECTIVE DATE. This Ordinance shall become effective thirty-one <br />(3 1) days after the State Land Planning Agency notifies the City of Casselberry of the <br />completion of the plan amendment package. If challenged within thirty (30) days after adoption, <br />this Ordinance shall not become effective until the State Land Planning Agency or the <br />Administrative Commission, respectively, issues a final order determining the adopted <br />amendments contained in this Ordinance are in compliance. <br />FIRST READING this °day of , A.D. 2018. <br />SECOND READING AND ADOPTION this Wlay of A.D. 2018. <br />ATTEST: <br />r� <br />Donna G.
