Resolution 18-3021 - FY 2018 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers <br />Resolution 18-3021 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the <br />second quarter of FY 2018. <br />C. Resolution 18-3022 - Authorization to Request Debt Financing through the Florida <br />Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Program for Smart Meter <br />Planning <br />Resolution 18-3022 provides for authorization to request debt financing from the Florida Department of <br />Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program for smart meter planning to replace existing water <br />meters. <br />
