Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 18-3021 - FY 2018 Second Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers Resolution 18-3021 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the second quarter of FY 2018. C. Resolution 18-3022 - Authorization to Request Debt Financing through the Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Program for Smart Meter Planning Resolution 18-3022 provides for authorization to request debt financing from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund (SRF) Program for smart meter planning to replace existing water meters.
