Introduction: Resolution 18-3010 approves the renewal of the Pistol Range Agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: The New Smyrna Beach Police Department has requested a $300 donation to assist with maintaining and improving the aforementioned facility as well as their training facility, which item is submitted separately on this agenda. This donation will be paid from the General Fund Police/Training account #001-0610-521.55-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 18-3010. C. Resolution 18-3011 — Amendment to Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program to Add Secret Lake Park Improvements "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE FISCAL YEAR 2018- 2022 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3011 approves and adopts the Amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program to add $200,000 in Secret Lake Park Improvements in Fiscal Year 2019. Budget Impact: There is no Fiscal Year 2018 budget impact associated with this item. However, additional park funding for Fiscal Year 2019 will need to be set aside as part of the next budget cycle, or the CIP will need to be amended again to reflect actual FY 2019 funding. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 18-3011. D. Resolution 18-3012 — Subordination Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for a Portion of the Lake Concord Park Development "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION RELATED TO THE LAKE CONCORD PARK AND TRIPLET LAKE DRIVE SIGNATURE STREET PROJECTS; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 18-3012 approves the Subordination Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) for a portion of the Lake Concord Park Development, and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City.
