RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 18-3014 - Development Commitment and Vested Rights Agreement with Mayflower Retirement Center, Inc. and Red Bug Center, LLC Resolution 18-3014 provides for approving a Development Commitment and Vested Rights Agreement with Mayflower Retirement Center, Inc. and Red Bug Center, LLC pertaining to educational system impact fees only. 10. PUBLIC HEARINGS The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a three for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff, 2nd - Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, discussion and action.) A. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 18-1478 - Annexation of Properties Located on Red Bug Lake Road Ordinance 18-1478 provides for adoption on second reading to voluntarily annex ten (10) parcels along Red Bug Lake Road. B. Public Hearing: First Reading of Ordinance 18-1479 - Establishing a Future Land Use for Properties Located on Red Bug Lake Road (LPA 18-05) Ordinance 18-1479 provides for consideration on fust reading to amend the Future Land Use Map designation for eleven (11) properties located along Red Bug Lake Road from Seminole County Medium Density Residential and City of Casselberry Low Density Residential to City of Casselberry Medium Density Residential. 11. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES A. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1477 - Amending Section 2-5.3 and Section 5-21.2 as it relates to Pharmacies and Medical Marijuana Dispensaries (LPA 18-04) Ordinance 18-1477 provides for amending Section 2-5.3, Land Use by District and Section 5-21.2, Definitions, to include language as it relates to Pharmacies and Medical Marijuana Dispensaries. B. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1480 - Establishing a Zoning Designation for Properties Located on Red Bug Lake Road (ZB 18-01) Ordinance 18-1480 provides for approval to amend the Official Zoning Map designation for eleven (11) properties located along Red Bug Lake Road from Seminole County A-1 (Agriculture), Seminole County R -3A (Multiple Family Dwelling), and City of Casselberry R-9 (Low Density Single -Family Residential) to City of Casselberry RMF - 13 (Medium Density Multifamily Residential), 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Approval of 2017-2018 Neighborhood Improvement Grants Consideration of applications recommended to receive a grant award under the Casselberry Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 is requested.
