RESOLUTION 18-3008 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE <br />"CASSELBERRY MARKETPLACE" FINAL PLAT; <br />PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the applicant, Julie Kendig, submitted a final plat for final approval for <br />parcel IDs 21-21-30-300-003M-0000; 21-21-30-300-0030-0000; 21-21-30-300-003B-0000; 21- <br />21-30-300-003D-0000; and 21-21-30-300-003N-0000 located on State Road 436 and Red Bug <br />Lake Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, <br />the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the <br />final plat on February 14, 2018 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City <br />Commission that included conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the <br />City's consultants on March 12, 2018. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11D of the Unified Land Development <br />Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision plat for the Casselberry <br />Marketplace property as filed with the City on December 05, 2017, attached herein as Exhibit A, <br />for the following: <br />A Final Plat, according to the plat thereof, a tract of land lying within Section 21, Township 21 <br />South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida <br />Parcel ID 4: 21-21-30-300-003M-0000; 21-21-30-300-0030-0000; 21-21-30- <br />300-003B-0000; 21-21-30-300-003D-0000; and 21-21-30-300- <br />003N-0000 <br />SECTION 2. The City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining <br />conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on February 14, 2018 <br />and the City Commission on March 12, 2018 as stated below: <br />1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final <br />plat. <br />
