NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. The above recitals (whereas clauses) are hereby adopted as the legislative and administrative findings of the City Commission. The City Commission finds and determines that there is competent substantial evidence to support the findings and determinations made in this Section. SECTION II. Chapter 46 — Floods, Article I. — In General, of Part II of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida is hereby amended to read as follows: Article I. In General Sec. 46-1. Definitions. T4+e Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following words, terms and phrases, when used in this Chapter, shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this Section, except where the context clearly indicates a different meaning. Unless specifically defined in this Section, words or phrases used in this Chapter shall be interpreted so as to give them the meaning they have in common usage and to give this Chapter its most reasonable application. The definitions in this Section shall apply only to this Chapter. Where terms are not defined in this chapter and are defined in the Florida Building Code, such terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in that code. Where terms are not defined in this chapter or the Florida Building Code, such terms shall have ordinarily accepted meanings such as the context implies.
