F. Seminole County Redevelopment Planning Agency Report 9. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 17-2983 — Further Extension of Declaration of State of Public Emergency Resolution 17-2983 provides for further extension of the Declaration of State of Public Emergency until Tuesday, September 26, 2017, expiring at midnight, due to the impacts of Hurricane Irma. B. Resolution 17-2984 — Declaration of Paramount Public Purpose and Statement of Authority for the Expenditure of City Funds Required to Perform Disaster Relief Services within Gated Communities Resolution 17-2984 provides for a Declaration of Paramount Public Purpose and Statement of Authority for the expenditure of City funds required to perform disaster relief services within gated communities. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES — None 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS The purpose of a Public Hearing is to receive input regarding the item being considered. Public Hearings are not intended to be a time for the public to obtain information about the subject matter of the hearing. (Hearing Sequence: 1st - Staff; 2nd - Applicant/Requesting Party; 3rd - Public; 4th - Opportunity for brief rebuttals, if appropriate; Final - City Commission motion, discussion and action.) A. Public Hearing: Resolution 17-2980 - Tentative Millage Rate for FY 2017/2018 Resolution 17-2980 provides for adoption of the "tentative" millage rate for the Fiscal Year 2017-2018 at 3.1201 mills. B. Public Hearing: Resolution 17-2981 - Tentative Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Resolution 17-2981 provides for adoption of the "tentative" budget for the Fiscal Year 2018. The total City-wide budget requested is $51,839,075. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Legacy Place - Development of Community Impact Site Plan Review (SPR 16-18) Consideration to approve the site plan for Legacy Place (SPR 16-18), a 69 unit townhome project located on the northeast corner of Murphy Road and Seminola Boulevard within the Seminola Boulevard Overlay District, is requested. 13.
