CONSENT AGENDA The action proposed to be taken it stated for each item on the Consent Agenda. Unless one item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Resolution 18-3009 - Training Facility Agreement City of New Smyrna Beach Resolution 18-3009 provides for renewal of an agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach for use of their Police Department training facility. B. Resolution 18-3010 - Pistol Range Agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach Resolution 18-3010 provides for renewal of an existing agreement with the City of New Smyrna Beach for use of their Police Department's pistol range. C. Resolution 18-3011- Amendment to Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program to Add Secret Lake Park Improvements Resolution 18-3011 provides for an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2018-2022 Capital Improvement Program to add $200,000 in Secret Lake Park Improvements in Fiscal Year 2019.
