(F) Decisions made by the City Commission under this Ordinance may be appealed by <br />the real property owner in the Circuit Court in and for Seminole County, Florida. <br />SECTION VI. CONFLICTS. All Ordinances or Resolutions, or parts of Ordinances or <br />Resolutions in conflict with any of the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the <br />extent of the conflict. <br />SECTION VII. SEVERABILITY. If any section, subsection, sentence, clause, phrase or <br />portion of this Ordinance, or application, is held or declared to be unconstitutional, inoperative or <br />void, such holding of invalidity will not affect the remaining portions of this Ordinance and will be <br />construed to have been the legislative intent to pass this Ordinance without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative parts, and the remainder of this Ordinance, after excluding such part or parts, <br />will be deemed valid as though this Ordinance has been adopted without such unconstitutional, <br />invalid or inoperative part and if this Ordinance or any provision thereof, is held inapplicable to any <br />person, group of persons, property, kind of property, circumstances, or set of circumstances, such <br />holding will not affect the application to any other person, property or circumstances. <br />SECTION VIII. EFFECTIVE DATE.
