CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of January 22, 2018 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 6 of 13 <br />MOTION: Commissioner Solomon moved to approve Resolution 18-3006, as presented. <br />Motion was seconded by Commissioner Aramendia. <br />Discussion: A brief discussion ensued regarding the residential hunting issue, including the fact that <br />residential density was used in the legislation to prevent backyard gun ranges and why it did not apply to <br />hunting; researching whether other communities had experienced the same issues; possibility of limiting <br />access to the lakes during certain hours and in certain seasons; and possible infringement on statutory rights <br />of hunters. <br />Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />No items were presented for consideration on this agenda. <br />A.
