First Reading of Ordinance 18-1474 - Medical Marijuana Moratorium Extension (LPA 18- <br />01) <br />Ordinance 18-1474 provides for extending the existing Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities <br />moratorium by ninety (90) days. (LPA 18-01) <br />B. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1475 - Amending Chapter 2, Division 3, Parks & <br />Recreation Advisory Board Membership <br />Ordinance 18-1475 provides for expanding the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board membership to seven (7) <br />members and also provides for an alternate member. <br />C. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1476 - Amending Chapter 46 Floods of City Code of <br />Ordinances <br />Ordinance 18-1476 provides for amendments to Chapter 46 (Floods) of the City Code of Ordinances to update the <br />City's flood regulations to better align with and be better administered and enforced in conjunction with the Florida <br />Building Code. <br />11.
