First Reading of Ordinance 18-1474 - Medical Marijuana Moratorium Extension (LPA 18- 01) Ordinance 18-1474 provides for extending the existing Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities moratorium by ninety (90) days. (LPA 18-01) B. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1475 - Amending Chapter 2, Division 3, Parks & Recreation Advisory Board Membership Ordinance 18-1475 provides for expanding the Parks and Recreation Advisory Board membership to seven (7) members and also provides for an alternate member. C. First Reading of Ordinance 18-1476 - Amending Chapter 46 Floods of City Code of Ordinances Ordinance 18-1476 provides for amendments to Chapter 46 (Floods) of the City Code of Ordinances to update the City's flood regulations to better align with and be better administered and enforced in conjunction with the Florida Building Code. 11.
