RESOLUTION 17-2999 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "AXIOS REPLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, Axios Construction Services, LLC submitted a replat for final approval for parcel ID #'s 17-21-30-509-OB00-0080 and 17-21-30-509-OB00-0010 located on U.S. Highway 17-92 and Lakeview Drive; and WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the replat on November 8, 2017 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission that included conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on December 11, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.11D of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision replat for the Axios property as filed with the City on September 22, 2017, attached herein as Attachment A, for the following: A portion of Block `B", South Fern Park Subdivision - A Replat, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 61, of the public records of Seminole County, Florida, lying in Section 10, Township 21, South, Range 30 East, City of Casselberry, Seminole County, Florida. Parcel ID #: 17-21-30-509-OB00-0080 and 17-21-30-509-OB00-0010 SECTION 2. The City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 8, 2017 and the City Commission on December 11, 2017 as stated below: 1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat. 2. The Joiner and Consent agreement shall be signed and recorded at the time the plat is recorded.
