E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report 9. RESOLUTIONS A. Resolution 18-3005 - Piggyback Agreement with Waste Pro for Residential Solid Waste Collection Services Resolution 18-3005 provides for approval of a piggyback agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc.(Waste Pro) for Residential Solid Waste Collection Services (PBA -2018-0274) effective April 1, 2018. B. Resolution 18-3006 - Request to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission for Bird Sanctuary Designation Resolution 18-3006 provides for a request to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to designate the City of Casselberry as a bird sanctuary. 10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES -None. 11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. 12. OTHER ITEMS A. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board 2017 Annual Report The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board's 2017 Annual Report will be presented to the City Commission, B. Sunset Drive Livable Street Improvements Design Scope Dr. Kelly Brock, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer, will provide a presentation and solicit feedback regarding the Sunset Drive Livable Street Improvements Project, particularly regarding finalizing the design scope for the project. C. Volunteer Board Appointments Applications are being presented for consideration for appointments to the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Parks & Recreation Advisory Board, the Lakes Management Advisory Board and ratification of the fifth member of the Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board. 13.
