E. Council of Local Governments in Seminole County (CALNO) Report <br />9. RESOLUTIONS <br />A. Resolution 18-3005 - Piggyback Agreement with Waste Pro for Residential Solid Waste <br />Collection Services <br />Resolution 18-3005 provides for approval of a piggyback agreement with Waste Pro of Florida, Inc.(Waste Pro) for <br />Residential Solid Waste Collection Services (PBA -2018-0274) effective April 1, 2018. <br />B. Resolution 18-3006 - Request to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission <br />for Bird Sanctuary Designation <br />Resolution 18-3006 provides for a request to the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to designate the <br />City of Casselberry as a bird sanctuary. <br />10. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCES -None. <br />11. PUBLIC HEARINGS - None. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS <br />A. Parks and Recreation Advisory Board 2017 Annual Report <br />The Parks and Recreation Advisory Board's 2017 Annual Report will be presented to the City Commission, <br />B. Sunset Drive Livable Street Improvements Design Scope <br />Dr. Kelly Brock, Deputy Public Works Director/City Engineer, will provide a presentation and solicit feedback <br />regarding the Sunset Drive Livable Street Improvements Project, particularly regarding finalizing the design scope for <br />the project. <br />C. Volunteer Board Appointments <br />Applications are being presented for consideration for appointments to the Planning & Zoning Commission, the Parks <br />& Recreation Advisory Board, the Lakes Management Advisory Board and ratification of the fifth member of the <br />Police Officers' & Firefighters' Pension Board. <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make comment or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time. Please <br />raise your hand and when recognized by the Mayor, come forward to the microphone, give your name and address and speak <br />briefly on the matter.
