Resolution 18-3002 - Contingency Change Order No. 6 with Wharton -Smith for the Lake <br />Concord Park Project and Related Budget Amendment #18-016 <br />Resolution 18-3002 and related Budget Amendment #18-016 provide for approval of Contingency Change Order No. <br />006 with Wharton -Smith, Inc. in the amount of $71,692.00 for final constriction issues related to the Lake Concord <br />Park and Triplet Lake Drive Signature Street projects. <br />C. Budget Amendment #18-015 - Recognition of the U.S. Department of Justice COPS Grant <br />and Creation of Three New Entry Level Police Officer Positions <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #18-015 to accept the U.S. Department of Justice COPS grant in the amount of <br />approximately $325,967 with a 25% City match over a three year period for the hiring of three newly authorized entry- <br />level career law enforcement officers in order to preserve jobs, increase community policing capacities and support <br />crime prevention efforts is requested. <br />
