CASSELBERRY CITY COMMISSION <br />Minutes of June 12, 2017 — Regular Meeting <br />Page 2 of 17 <br />Mayor Glancy called the regular meeting of the Casselberry City Commission to order at 5:04 p.m. Mayor <br />Glancy announced the rules of decorum to the audience. <br />Wei <br />Dr. Michael R. Bernard, Director of Community Services for Casselberry Seventh Day Adventist Church, gave <br />the invocation. <br />3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Mayor Glancy led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />The City Clerk called the roll of Elected Officials. All were present. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of May 22, 2017 - Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the May 22, 2017 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />A. Proclamation — Recognizing the Retirement of Ricky D. Basher, Field Service <br />Supervisor <br />Mayor Glancy presented Field Service Supervisor Ricky D. Basher with a proclamation formally recognizing <br />and expressing appreciation for his more than 35 years of service to the community and its citizens and <br />congratulating him on his retirement from the City of Casselberry. <br />
