Mayors/Managers Group Report — Mayor G1ane <br />Mayor Glancy reported that the Mayors/Managers Group had met in the City of Casselberry Commission <br />Chambers on Tuesday, February 21, 2017 and had enjoyed a presentation by newly elected Seminole County <br />Tax Collector Joel Greenberg on his goals for modernization of the department, increasing efficiencies and <br />future expansion of services. <br />E. Ordinance 17-1454 — Adoption of 2017-2021 Five Year Capital Improvement <br />Program as Part of the City's Comprehensive Plan <br />The City Clerk read Ordinance 17-1454 by title as follows: <br />"AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />TO ADOPT THE FIVE YEAR CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT SCHEDULE 2017-2021 AS PART OF <br />THE CITY'S COMPREHENSIVE PLAN IN ACCORDANCE WITH MANDATES SET FORTH IN <br />CHAPTER 163, FLORIDA STATUTES; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND <br />AN EFFECTIVE DATE." <br />
