Funds for the City Labor Attorney's invoice are available in FY 2017 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-02. Funds for the Code Magistrate's Invoice are available in FY 2017 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31-03. Funds for the State Attorney's Invoice are available in FY 2017 Budget Account No. 001-0140-514.31.05. Recommendation: The City Manager and staff recommended approval of the legal services invoices as submitted. B. Resolution 17-2944 — Vacation of Easement on Lot 3 8. Block B. Summerset North - 121 Mark David Boulevard "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE PARTIAL CLOSING, VACATION, AND ABANDONMENT OF A V UTILITY EASEMENT ON PARCEL ID NUMBER 21-21-30-504-OB00- 0380, LOT 28, BLOCK B OF SUMMERSET NORTH, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 13, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SEMINOLE COUNTY, FLORIDA; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2944 approves the closing, vacation, and abandonment of a 3' x 12' portion of the 7' utility easement on Parcel ID number 21-21-30-504-OB00-0380, Block B, Summerset North recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 13, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida, and authorizes the Mayor to sign this resolution on behalf of the City Commission. Budget Impact: There is no impact to the City's budget. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Public Works Director recommended approval of Resolution 17-2944. C. Resolution 17-2945 — New Smyrna Beach Pistol Range Agreement "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A PISTOL RANGE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY OF NEW SMYRNA BEACH; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY, AND EFFECTIVE DATE." Introduction: Resolution 17-2945 approves the New Smyrna Beach Pistol Range Agreement and authorizes the Mayor to execute said document on behalf of the City. Budget Impact: Funds to cover this expense in the amount of $300 have been provided in the FY 2017 budget in the Police Education Fund Training account #102-0610-521.54-00. Recommendation: The City Manager and the Police Chief recommended approval of Resolution 17-2945.
