RESOLUTION 17-2995 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />APPROVING A CONTRACT FOR PURCHASE AND SALE <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN JOHN N. CASSELBERRY AND THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT S. <br />LOST LAKE LANE, PARCEL ID 409-21-30-5110-OA00-OO1C; PROVIDING <br />FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry approves the purchase of <br />the property located at S. Lost Lake Lane, parcel identification number of 09-21-30-5BO-OA00- <br />001C, for the amount of $210,000 plus closing costs. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA: <br />SECTION 1. The purchase of land, otherwise known as Parcel 09-21-30-5BO-OA00- <br />001C in the Seminole County Tax Rolls, for $210,000 plus closing costs is hereby approved. <br />SECTION 2. The Contract for Purchase and Sale Agreement, attached as Exhibit "A", is <br />hereby approved and the City Commission authorizes the Mayor to execute the document(s) on <br />behalf of the City Commission. <br />SECTION 3. Conflicts. All Resolutions or parts of Resolutions in conflict with any of <br />the provisions of the Resolution are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 4. Severability. If any Section or portion of a Section of this Resolution <br />proves to be invalid, unlawful, or unconstitutional, it shall not be held to invalidate or impair the <br />validity, force, or effect of any other Section or part of this Resolution. <br />SECTION 5. Effective Date.
