ORDINANCE 17-1471 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, <br />FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY <br />OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, <br />SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT <br />REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, <br />AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; AMENDING THE <br />ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "I" (INDUSTRIAL) TO <br />"OR" (OFFICE/RESIDENTIAL) FOR THE PARCEL LOCATED <br />IN THE VICINITY OF ANCHOR ROAD AND WEST MELODY <br />LANE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; <br />PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, <br />SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundaries of the <br />City of Casselberry; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Plarming Agency has held a <br />public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is being amended to Commercial on the <br />Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, the OR zoning district is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use <br />designation; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject property, <br />hereinafter described, within the OR zoning district has been duly held in the City of <br />Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the <br />proposed zoning district were heard; and <br />WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as OR, <br />as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, <br />Florida. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE <br />CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of <br />the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberr); <br />Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the <br />subject property as OR, for the parcel of land at 380 W. Melody Lane, being more specifically <br />described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A: <br />
