ORDINANCE 17-1471 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AMENDING THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AS ESTABLISHED IN ARTICLE IV, SECTION 2-4.3, UNIFIED LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED; AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION FROM "I" (INDUSTRIAL) TO "OR" (OFFICE/RESIDENTIAL) FOR THE PARCEL LOCATED IN THE VICINITY OF ANCHOR ROAD AND WEST MELODY LANE AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION I OF THIS ORDINANCE; PROVIDING FOR CODIFICATION, CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, the property described in Section I is within the corporate boundaries of the City of Casselberry; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission / Local Plarming Agency has held a public hearing with due public notice to consider this Official Zoning Map amendment; and WHEREAS, the property hereinafter described is being amended to Commercial on the Future Land Use Map of the Comprehensive Plan; and WHEREAS, the OR zoning district is consistent with the Commercial Future Land Use designation; and WHEREAS, a public hearing on the question of including the subject property, hereinafter described, within the OR zoning district has been duly held in the City of Casselberry, Florida, and, at such hearing, interested parties and citizens for and/or against the proposed zoning district were heard; and WHEREAS, after said Public Hearing, the City Commission of the City of Casselberry, Florida, has determined that the zoning classification of said property shall be established as OR, as that district is defined in Articles IV and V of Chapter II, as amended and supplemented, of the Unified Land Development Regulations, Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberry, Florida. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ENACTED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION I. That the Official Zoning Map established in Article IV, Section 2-4.3. of the Unified Land Development Regulations of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Casselberr); Florida, as amended and supplemented, be, and the same is, hereby amended to designate the subject property as OR, for the parcel of land at 380 W. Melody Lane, being more specifically described as follows, and shown in Exhibit A:
