Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, Invoice No. 73432 - $20,955.34 <br />B. Resolution 17-2996 - First Amendment to the Planned Unit Development Agreement with The <br />Allegro at Casselberry, LLC <br />Resolution 17-2996 provides for amending a Planned Unit Development Agreement with The Allegro at Casselberry, <br />LLC to allow for onsite alcohol consumption and sales at an existing assisted living facility on property located at the <br />northeasterly intersection of Howell Branch Road and Lake Ann Lane, <br />C. Resolution 17-2998 - Adjustments to the FY 2017 Budget and Related Budget Amendment <br />#17-052 <br />Resolution 17-2998 provides for recognition of certain one-time expenses and revenues resulting in minor budget <br />adjustments to the FY 2017 Budget as detailed on Budget Amendment # 17-052. <br />D. GSA Contract Purchase of High Security Paper Shredder and Related Budget Amendment <br />#18-005 <br />Consideration to purchase a FD 8730HS High Security Paper and Optical Media Shredder for the Police Department from <br />Sissine's Business Solutions under GSA Contract number GS-02FO209S for the purchase price of $5,500, plus $30 for <br />electrical parts to adjust the electrical outlet to be used by the shredder, is requested. <br />E. Change Order No. 4 to Agreement No. ITB -2017-0090 with Altair Environmental <br />Group, LLC for the 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project and Related Budget <br />Amendment #18-011 <br />Consideration to approve Change Order No. 4 to Agreement No. ITB -2017-0090 with Altair Environmental Group, LLC <br />for additional work related to the construction of the 2015 Storm Drain Rehabilitation Project in the amount of <br />$55,103.06 and approval of related Budget Amendment # 18-011 are requested. <br />
