EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions for the name change of Diamond Park to Rotary Park as <br />recommended by the Leisure Services Advisory Board. <br />1. The Rotary Club agrees to perform quarterly work days to dress up <br />the park by weeding, pruning, etc. and that this condition be <br />renegotiated at the end of five years. <br />2. The Rotary Club continue to develop the park with landscaping. <br />3. The Rotary Club purchase a City Park sign as established for the <br />other parks. <br />4. The Rotary Club consider dedicating trees, benches or other types <br />amenities or even the sidewalk markers such as the one they have <br />proposed to the memory of deserving members. <br />
