EXHIBIT A F-11119H 491,11 -11491 to I 11 .. , -IM-1 . 7"e-A, I : l • : In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for the provision of dispatch services between the Seminole County Sheriffs Office and the City of Casselberry the following amendment has been proposed and agreed upon for FY 2017/18 commencing on October 1, 2017 and ending September 30; 2018. Paragraph 6(1). Compensation and Payment is hereby amended to read as follows: Cost for Services: CASSELBERRY agrees to reimburse the SHERIFF for dispatching services as set forth in this Agreement for services to be rendered in FY 2017/18 commencing October 1, 2017 and ending September 30, 2018 in the amount of $467,803 payable quarterly in accordance with the following schedule: Performance Period Oct. 1, 2017 — Dec. 31, 2017 Jan. 1, 2018 — Mar. 31, 2018 Apr. 1, 2018 — Jun. 30, 2018 July 1, 2018 -- Sep. 30, 2018 Payment Amount $116,950.75 $116,950.75 $116,950.75 $116,950.75 Payment Due Nov. 15, 2017 Feb. 15, 2018 May 15, 2018 Aug. 15, 2018 All provisions of the Agreement for Dispatch Services, except Paragraphs 6(1) as amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
