Resolution 17-2988 - Adoption of the Stormwater and Lakes Management Master Plan and Associated Stormwater Utility Fee Schedule Resolution 17-2988 provides for approval and adoption of the City of Casselberry Stormwater and Lakes Management Master Plan and associated proposed stormwater and lake management utility fee schedule. 10. B. First Reading of Ordinance 17-1471 - Official Zoning Map Amendment for Property located at 380 West Melody Lane (ZB 17-03) Ordinance 17-1471 provides for consideration on first reading to amend the Official Zoning Map designation for the property located at 380 West Melody Lane (parcel ID 08-21-30-5BL-EF00-0060) from City of Casselberry I (Industrial) to City of Casselberry OR (Office/Residential). 11.
