C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1467 - Temporary Moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities (LPA 17-06) Ordinance 17-1467 provides for enacting a 180 -day moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities, including prohibiting the issuance of business tax receipts, building permits, development orders or land use/zoning for Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities. D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1468 - Amending Chapter 18, Animals, to create Section 18.3, Bird Sanctuary Ordinance 17-1468 provides for amending Chapter 18, Animals, of the City Code of Ordinances, to create Section 18.3, Bird Sanctuary, to create a sanctuary city wide for all bird and peafowl species. 12.
