C. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1467 - Temporary Moratorium on Medical <br />Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities (LPA 17-06) <br />Ordinance 17-1467 provides for enacting a 180 -day moratorium on Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing <br />Facilities, including prohibiting the issuance of business tax receipts, building permits, development orders or land <br />use/zoning for Medical Marijuana Treatment Center Dispensing Facilities. <br />D. Public Hearing: Second Reading of Ordinance 17-1468 - Amending Chapter 18, Animals, to <br />create Section 18.3, Bird Sanctuary <br />Ordinance 17-1468 provides for amending Chapter 18, Animals, of the City Code of Ordinances, to create Section 18.3, <br />Bird Sanctuary, to create a sanctuary city wide for all bird and peafowl species. <br />12. OTHER ITEMS - None <br />13. CITIZENS' COMMENTS <br />Persons who wish to make continent or make inquiry on any matter NOT ON THIS AGENDA may do so at this time.
