All were present. <br />Mayor Glancy recognized Boy Scouts Remington Hoyt and Hunter Howard who were attending the meeting as <br />part of their work towards achieving their Citizenship in the Community badges. <br />5. MINUTES <br />A. Minutes of July 24, 2017 - Regular Meeting <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the July 24, 2017 <br />Regular Meeting, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />B. Minutes of July 10, 2017 — Budget Workshop <br />MOTION: Vice Mayor Aramendia moved to approve the minutes of the July 10, 2017 <br />Budget Workshop, as presented. Motion was seconded by Commissioner <br />Solomon. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote 5-0. <br />No items were presented on this agenda. <br />A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices <br />Introduction: Approval of the legal services invoice from the City Attorney, the Code Enforcement Special <br />Magistrate and State Attorney's Office is requested. <br />Discussion: The following invoices have been reviewed by the affected departments and are being presented <br />for approval: <br />Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, P.A. <br />® City Attorney Legal Services for July 2017 <br />Invoice No. 72570 $ 16,665.61 <br />
