Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #17-041 will increase the Water & Sewer Fund/Water Reclamation Infrastructure account #401-0753-535.63-40 and Other Non-operating Sources account #401-0000-389.90-00 by $21,418. BA #17-041 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding to cover costs associated with the construction of new reclaimed lines connecting Oxford Road to U.S. Highway 17-92, in conjunction with the Bainbridge construction. Via Resolution 16-2850, City Commission authorized the agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to perform this work and $75,000 was subsequently budgeted in FY 16. The total cost of the project is $96,418, which exceeds the budgeted amount by $21,418. Therefore, an additional $21,418 is being requested to satisfy the terms of the agreement. Budget Amendment #17-042 — Duke Energy Street Lighting Infrastructure Installation on North Oxford Road Introduction: Consideration to approve Budget Amendment #17-042 to compensate Duke Energy in the amount of $91,007.54 for costs associated with the installation of decorative LED street lighting infrastructure on North Oxford Road is requested. Budget Impact: Budget Amendment #17-042 will increase the Infrastructure Surtax Fund/Infrastructure account#114-0710-541.63-40 andthe Sales Tax Other Non -Operating Source account#114-0000-389.90-00 by $91,008. BA #17-042 Explanation of Request: This item seeks City Commission approval to re -appropriate funding for costs associated with a proposal from Duke Energy, in the amount of $91,007.54, to install decorative street lighting infrastructure along North Oxford Road, related to the North Oxford Road Complete Street Improvement Project.
