[RFP -2017-0194] <br />Consideration of an agreement with Ashbritt, Inc. as a Tier H Contractor to provide disaster debris removal/management <br />services and ancillary preparation/recovery services on an as -needed basis at an initial not -to -exceed amount approval of <br />up to $1,000,000.00 per activation without farther City Commission approval for the period beginning August 14, 2017 <br />through August 13, 2020 is requested. <br />G. Agreement with Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. as Tier II Provider of Disaster Debris <br />Removal/Management Services and Ancillary Preparation/Recovery Services. [RFP -2017- <br />0194] <br />Consideration of an agreement with Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. as a Tier H Contractor to provide disaster debris <br />removal/management services and ancillary preparation/recovery services on an as -needed basis at an initial not -to - <br />exceed amount of up to $1,000,000.00 per activation without further City Commission approval for the period beginning <br />August 14, 2017 through August 13, 2020 is requested. <br />H. Agreement with Thompson Consulting Services, LLC as a Tier I Provider of Disaster Debris <br />Monitoring Services. [RFP -2017-0203] <br />Consideration of an agreement with Thompson Consulting Set vices, LLC as a Tier I Contractor for the award to provide <br />disaster debris monitoring services on an as -needed basis is requested for an initial not -to -exceed amount approval of up <br />to $250,000.00 per activation without further City Commission approval for the period beginning August 14, 2017 <br />through August 13, 2020 is requested. <br />I. Supplemental Agreement No. 58 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering <br />Services with CPH, Inc. for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project <br />Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 58 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with <br />CPH, Inc. for the Howell Park Water Treatment Plant Improvements Project in the amount of $199,906.00 is requested. <br />J. Budget Amendment #17-040 - Reclassification of Melody Lane Water Tower Painting Costs <br />Consideration of Budget Amendment #17-040 to reclassify $400,000 for the Melody Lane Tower Refurbishment project <br />from a capital account to a repair and maintenance account for accounting put -poses is requested. <br />K. Purchase of Police Vehicle Utilizing FY2017 Capital Lease Proceeds <br />Consideration to approve the purchase for a replacement police vehicle in the estimated amount of $32,090 utilizing <br />FY2017 Suntrust Equipment Finance & Leasing Corp. capital lease proceeds is requested. <br />8.
