Unless the item is removed from the Consent Agenda by a City Commission member, no discussion on individual items will occur and a single motion will approve all items. A. Approval of Legal Services Invoices Garganese, Weiss & D'Agresta, Invoice No. 72039 - $23,423.33 B. Resolution 17-2966 - FY 2017 Third Quarter Budget Amendments and Transfers Resolution 17-2966 provides for formal adoption of budget amendments and budget transfers approved during the third quarter of FY 2017. C. Resolution 17-2967 - Fiscal Year 2017-2018 Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando Resolution 17-2967 provides for approval and authorization to enter into a Funding Agreement with MetroPlan Orlando for Fiscal Year 2017-2018 in the amount of $2,154. D. Cooperative Agreement with Utility Technicians, Inc. for the Award to Provide Miscellaneous Water and Wastewater Utility Construction Services (PBA -2017-0215) Consideration of a Cooperative Agreement with Utility Technicians, Inc. for the award to provide miscellaneous water and wastewater utility construction services in an amount not to exceed $500,000 is requested. E. Supplemental Agreement No. 57 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services with CPH, Inc. for Water Supply Facilities Work Plan Consideration of Supplemental Agreement No. 57 to the Agreement for Continuing Consulting Engineering Services between the City of Casselberry and CPH, Inc. for the Water Supply Facilities Work Plan in the amount of $29,990 is requested.
