Gisclar, Public Works Director <br />EXPLANATION OF REQUEST: <br />This item seeks City Commission approval to provide additional funding to cover costs associated <br />with the construction of new reclaimed lines connecting Oxford Road to U.S. Highway 17-92, in <br />conjunction with the Bainbridge construction. Via Resolution 16-2850, City Commission <br />authorized the agreement with CO -BB Casselberry Venture, LLC to perform this work and <br />$75,000 was subsequently budgeted in FY 16. The total cost of the project is $96,418, which <br />exceeds the budgeted amount by $21,418.
