(3) Such other actions as required by the City Commission. <br />(4) A fine of up to $150.00 per day for each day the offending <br />improvement remains in place. <br />Sec. 68-44. - Eligibility. <br />(a) Subject to satisfaction of and compliance with the requirements <br />contained in this Chapterle, permits may be issued under this <br />Division to the following: <br />(1) Utility corporations or companies, including county and municipal <br />utilities, that will be servicing the installed facility. <br />(2) Contractors responsible for the installation of any utility facility or <br />structure subject to this Article. <br />(3) Private citizens, corporations or organizations with a reasonable <br />and legitimate purpose in using the rights-of-way, which purpose poses no <br />threat or danger to the public health, safety or welfare. <br />(4) A Registrant as defined in Section 68-153. <br />(b) In those cases in which the services to be provided are subject to <br />the City regulations relating to underground utilities, the applicant must be <br />a holder of a certificate of competency issued by the Board of Examiners <br />of Underground Utilities Contractors. <br />Sec. 68-45. - Application. <br />Except as otherwise provided herein applications for a City engineering <br />permit under this Division shall be subject to the following requirements: <br />(a) Applications for a City engineering permit <br />under this Division, accompanied by the appropriate fee and ;ne ftl 7s„^ * I_'^ <br />sketehes of dr-a7.,ings of the intended eiistr e4ieff, shall be submitted to <br />the City Engineer. <br />(b) Applications may be obtained from the Engineering Division of <br />the Public Works Department, located at 95 Triplet Lake Drive. <br />Casselberry, Florida 32707.
