RESOLUTION 17-2969 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, APPROVING THE "BREEZEWAY AT LAKE MARIE REPLAT"; PROVIDING FOR CONFLICTS, SEVERABILITY AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE. WHEREAS, a replat was submitted for final approval for parcel ID #09-21-30-5BM- OA00-0250, #09-21-30-5BM-OA00-026A, and 409-21-30-5BM-OA00-0270 located on Lake Drive; and WHEREAS, the replat has been provided to, reviewed, and approved by City staff, the City Engineer, the City Attorney, and the contract surveyor for the City; and WHEREAS, the City of Casselberry Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the replat on June 14, 2017 and provided a favorable recommendation to the City Commission that included conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the City Commission reviewed the information provided by staff and the City's consultants on July 24, 2017. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF CASSELBERRY, FLORIDA, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 4-19.111) of the Unified Land Development Regulations, the City Commission approves the final subdivision replat for the Breezeway at Lake Marie as filed with the City on May 9, 2017, attached herein as Exhibit A, for the following: All of lots 25, 26, 27 in Block "A", Sportsman's Paradise — A Replat, according to the plat thereof recorded in plat book 8, pages 12 through 13, inclusive, of the public records of Seminole County, Florida, lying in Section 10, Township 21, South, Range 30 East, Seminole County, Florida. Parcel ID #09-21-30-5BM-OA00-0250, #09-21-30-5BM-OA00-026A, 409-21-30-5BM-OA00- 0270 SECTION 2. The City Commission further requires the applicant to meet the remaining conditions of approval provided by the Planning and Zoning Commission on June 14, 2017 and the City Commission on July 24, 2017 as stated below: 1. The City surveyor shall execute the signature block prior to recording of the final plat.
