Call to Order with Fledge of Allegiance <br />The November 8, 2016 meeting of the Police Officers' and Firefighters' Pension Board was cal led to order <br />with the fledge of Allegiance by Chain an Matthew Hettler at 10;08 a.m. in the City Commission <br />Chambers. The Agenda had been drily posted and circulated to the Board rd Mex bers by the Records <br />Management Liaison Officer for the Board. <br />2. Roll Call <br />The Records Management Liaison Officer called the roll of Board Members. Chairman Matthew Hettler, <br />Member Jams Strienth, Member Danicl Glancy, Member Donald Harkins, and Member Anthony van <br />Ore were present. A quor-urn was declared. <br />. Public Comment <br />Rebecca Bowman, City of Casselberry Finance Director, addressed the board to discuss an agreement <br />reached between the City of Casselberry Police Department grid the University of Central Florida (UCF) <br />to provide off-duty officers for LCF events. Previously, companies and organizations laid each officer <br />directly for off-duty services. UCF is now requiring that officers be Paid by the City, with the City then <br />
