Planning & Zoning Commission/ Local Planning Agency April 26, 2017 Page 2 5. LPA 17-03: Comprehensive Plan Amendments and Evaluation and Appraisal Report. Ms. Lucie Ghioto, Senior Planner and Project Manager with Poulos and Bennett, 2602 East Livingston Street, Orlando, introduced project team members who were present, including Mr. Marc Stehli, Engineering Team Leader with Poulos and Bennett, Ms. Laura Turner of Laura Turner Planning Services, and Ms. April Fisher with Fisher Planning and Development Services. Ms. Ghioto stated she was back to present the entire Comprehensive Plan to the Commission. Ms. Ghioto presented a Power point presentation (presentation attached to minutes), and in that presentation she covered the process they have gone through thus far, the changes that were made to the document as a whole, and the next steps in the process. A lengthy discussion ensued regarding various spelling and grammatical errors and other questions regarding language within various elements of the Comprehensive Plan. Chairman Henson asked if there was anyone in the audience, who wished to speak in regards to LPA 17-03. The following individual came forward.- 1. orward: 1. Mr. John Casselberry, 700 S. Lost Lake Lane, Casselberry, stated that someone told him that US Highway 17-92 should have an & sign between 17 and 92 as the road was essentially two roads. MOTION. Mr. Bryan moved to recommend approval to the City Commission for the transmittal of the Comprehensive Plan and EAR document (LPA 17-03) as presented. Motion was seconded by Mr. Bakalla. Motion carried unanimously by voice vote. 10. Adjournment.
