The Talisman Trail is a proposed 8 foot wide multi-purpose pedestrian trail that will provide connec- tivity from the Bainbridge Apartment project to Piney Ridge Road to the south. The trail will also connect to an 8 foot wide pedestrian trail along the northern property boundary of the newly con- structed Bainbridge Apartments from Oxford Road, west toward US 17-92. The vision is to eventu- ally provide pedestrian connectivity to the City's Lake Concord Park where City residents can walk or bike from their communities to the park. Integra Lakes Apartments is a 203 unit, four story apartment development within the City's Lake Concord Park. There are a total of four apartment buildings which are currently under construction. One of the four buildings, Building H, has re- ceived a certificate of occupancy from the City and is cur- rently being leased. The apartment development will have an amenity package which will include a swimming pool, clubhouse and various other amenities including a limited number of garages. The Apartments have views of a new 4 acre community park and two lighted water features. Bainbridge Apartments L , Bainbridge Apartments is a 336 unit, three story apartment development located on the east side of US 17-92, approximately one half mile to the south of the City's Lake Concord Park. The project includes two retail commercial out parcels on the west side of the project adjacent to US 17-92. The development will include an amenity package with a clubhouse, swimming pool, fitness center, chil- dren's playground, dog wash, etc. A pedestrian trail will be constructed along the projects north boundary which will eventually provide connectivity to the City's Lake Concord Park. The first phase of the project is expected to open this April which will include the clubhouse and several of the apartment buildings. Panda Express is a fast, casual sit down or take-out Chinese Restaurant located on the west side of US 17-92 approximately three quarters of a mile north of SR 436, within the Target Shopping Plaza. The restaurant has been open approximately two months and has been doing a very brisk business. The restaurant provides indoor and outdoor seating and a drive-thru for take-out orders.
